Battery Installation

Pull all materials out of the box. Pull the red sticker off of the top of the battery.
Take the battery acid out of the plastic and remove the black cover.
DO NOT LOSE THE BLACK COVER AND DO NOT PIERCE THE VIALS OF BATTERY ACID.
Turn the vials over and place upside-down on the top of the battery. Put a little bit pressure on the top of the vials so that they pierce and drain into the battery.
If the acid does not go into the battery, pierce the top of each vial with a thumb tac.
Leave these vials on top for at least 30 minutes. Remove the vials and dispose of properly.

There may be some residual battery acid in the plastic vials. Make sure that you dispose of the container in accordance with State and Federal Regulations.
Place the black cover on the battery. Make sure that the cover is on tightly and cannot be removed.
Charge the battery at no more than 7amps. If you use a charger that is set to a higher amperage, you will overcharge the battery and possibly cause it to explode.
Connect the thick RedWire and the wire with the fuse to the Positive (+) terminal of the battery.
Connect the Thick Black wire to the Negative (-) terminal of the battery.
Your bike should now be powered up.
If these directions are not followed and we find that the battery was not properly assembled or installed, we will not cover it under warranty.
